1	To empower every citizen of India at the village, city and district level with the knowledge to SAVE POWER.
2	To empower every citizen of India at the village, city and district level with the knowledge to apply Renewable Energy Devices for day to day use.
3	To establish an Entrepreneurship Development Program by appointing implementers at the village and town level for installing and servicing Energy Saving and Renewable Energy devices, thereby generating employment for the rural educated unemployed.
4	To install and service Energy Saving and Renewable Energy Devices in a minimum of 5,000 households/units by December 2007.
